Wow, I can't believe that it's nearly Christmas again! Is it just me or is there so much going on? Maybe it's because we have had a couple of germ-suppressed years and we're all trying to catch up on catch-ups while we can. I'm awaiting the arrival of my festive season poetry book Poetry In a Pohutukawa - Reggie Reflections, which I have dedicated to my Mum, and friend Ella Moray Williams and with a tribute to super Nanny Ruby Reedy. My old mate Rodney Baker also has a dedication coming up in Kaituhi Rāwhiti - Weaving of Words. It's great to remember the people you love.
2022 has been a year of highs and lows for a lot of people, and there are a bunch of us waiting to collapse in a food coma after eating too much on Christmas day - again 😂 May you all survive the lead-up to the silly season by having lots of fun, going to the beach and give stress the boot 🥾
