Yesterday morning, I sat down and wrote a series of limerick poems. They are five lines, normally funny and allowed to be rude - yes! Just what we need in lockdown. So I will be sharing one a day for the next week, for anyone who just needs a light moment.
Number One (one of my mates asked if it was autobiographical - š¤ I am pleased to report it's not š)
There once was a girl from Gizzy
Lockdown threw her into a tizzy
To pass the sweet time
She drank too much wine
And had to downgrade to a fizzy
